But before sending request to our technical support, please read the documentation and examine the tutorials to reduce usage of our technical support.

If you think you found a bug, please send this information to us.
Try to simulate the bug in our online or downloadable example or tutorial.
Or prepare and send us simple but full independent example, with all required external files included, to let us to simulate the bug.
Also describe the procedure to invoke the bug and provide information about browser type, version and mode in that the bug is seen.
If the bug is related to some server script environment, please send us information about it too.

Please always use valid email subject to avoid possibility to be deleted as SPAM.

We usually answer till twelve hours on work day and one day on weekend, depending on time shift. Our time zone is +1 GMT (central European).
In rare situation, if you will not get our answer in two days, please resend your email again, because we probably did not receive your message.
Also in this case, please send it from another e-mail address, better on some freemail server, especially if you are from Japan or South Korea, because some companies have too strong anti-spam filter for English messages and our response could be deleted.

We are located in Prague, Czech Republic (part of European Union).
COQsoft is registered by Municipal Court of Prague under identification number 03498468.
EU VAT number is CZ03498468.

Short history

2001: COQsoft was founded as private company in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
2003: TreeGrid project has started.
2008: TreeGrid component has been extended by Gantt chart.
2014: COQsoft moved from Pilsen to Prague and its legal form has been changed to private limited company (Ltd.)
2016: TreeGrid component has been extended by SpreadSheet.

Insurance

COQsoft has Professional Indemnify (Liability) Insurance (PII/PLI) with total limit of indemnity 1,000,000 USD

from insurer Colonnade Insurance S.A. from Fairfax Financial Holding (AM Best rating A).
